Follow these simple guidelines and your print will look exactly as you expect. Every file is checked before printing, and we will contact you if we spot a problem.
Checklist
- File type: PDF is best. We also accept JPG, PNG, TIFF, AI and EPS.
- Resolution: 300dpi at the final size for small items. 150dpi is fine for banners and large posters.
- Colour: CMYK. RGB files are converted, which can make very bright colours look slightly duller.
- Bleed: add 3mm on every edge so there are no white lines after cutting (see each product page for exceptions).
- Safe area: keep text and logos at least 5mm inside the trim edge.
- Fonts: embed fonts or convert text to outlines.
Large files
If your file is too big to upload when ordering, choose “Send it later” and email it to us or send a file transfer link (such as WeTransfer) on WhatsApp with your order number.
No artwork?
